Hi, I'm Heather MANN

I offer data strategy guidance to organizations across sectors.

A cognitive psychology and behavioural economics researcher by training, my social science background helps me to harness the power of "real world" data, and connect it with meaningful outcomes.   My psychology background also helps me to appreciate the human side of interacting with data, including the limitations and biases that get in the way of drawing appropriate conclusions.

I love to work collaboratively with leaders and organizations who are motivated by their purpose.  Taking a "top-down" approach, I start by clarifying an organization's goals, and then consider how data can be used to support them.
