Whether your organization is a small social enterprise getting started with data, or a larger organization with more data than you know what to do with, creating a strategy around your use of data is sure to benefit your organization.
My goal is to work with you to develop a data strategy that works for your organization. It's not about how much data you collect. It's about using that data well. Remember: data is only as useful to the extent that it is used!
In consulting engagements, I start by getting to know your organization and assessing capacity in three areas:
1) Infrastructure - Is your organization set up with the right tools? Are these tools being used well? To what extent is data integrated across organizational units? 2) Processes - Does your organization have a good data "flow", so that the right information reaches the right person at the right time? Are key questions being asked, and answered? 3) Mindset - How comfortable is your workforce in dealing with data and using it to inform their work?

I then work with you to strengthen capacity where needed. I can help you to gauge whether you are measuring the right things, using appropriate tools. I can help you identify develop a plan to coordinate data assets, and to integrate quantitative with qualitative data insights. I can help build your organization's capacity to interact with data and integrate insights into decision-making. My goal is to make your data as useful as possible for growing toward your vision.
